The largest island Pirate Boot Cove is about 30in tall by 24in wide. The largest Pirate Ship with the dark blue and yellow sails is 26in. tall X 24in wide. The smallest Pirate Ship with the light blue and yellow sails is 14in tall X 12in wide. The largest waves are about 10in long and the smallest is 3in long. The largest Pirates are 6in tall 2 1/2in wide. Everything else you see is exactly proportionate to the sizes mentioned above.
